Standard Documents (every visa)

· 8 items
  • Original passport — valid 6+ months with at least 2 blank visa pages
  • Clear colour copy of every passport page that contains a stamp or visa
  • 2 recent passport-size photos (4×6 cm, white background, taken within 6 months)
  • Completed visa application form (TM.7 / TM.86 / TM.95 depending on visa)
  • Visa application fee, paid in cash at the Royal Thai Embassy or BOI counter
  • Proof of accommodation in Thailand (hotel booking, lease, or invitation letter)
  • Round-trip flight reservation (for applications filed outside Thailand)
  • Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) — issued online before every entry

Invitation & Employment

· 4 items
  • Invitation letter from the sponsoring Thai company
  • Signed employment contract specifying role and salary
  • WP.3 work-permit pre-approval form
  • Detailed organisation chart with the applicant's position highlighted

Company Documents

· 6 items
  • Company affidavit (DBD certificate, issued within 3 months)
  • Shareholder list (Bor Or Jor 5)
  • VAT certificate (Por Por 20)
  • Social fund registration (Sor Por Sor 1-01)
  • Audited financial statements for the last fiscal year
  • Office lease and photos of interior + exterior + signage

Personal Financials

· 2 items
  • Personal bank statement (typically THB 20,000–40,000 minimum)
  • Most recent 3 months of salary slips (if currently employed)
