Standard Documents (every visa)
· 8 items- Original passport — valid 6+ months with at least 2 blank visa pages
- Clear colour copy of every passport page that contains a stamp or visa
- 2 recent passport-size photos (4×6 cm, white background, taken within 6 months)
- Completed visa application form (TM.7 / TM.86 / TM.95 depending on visa)
- Visa application fee, paid in cash at the Royal Thai Embassy or BOI counter
- Proof of accommodation in Thailand (hotel booking, lease, or invitation letter)
- Round-trip flight reservation (for applications filed outside Thailand)
- Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) — issued online before every entry
Membership Application
· 4 items- Membership application form (Thailand Privilege)
- Tier-selection declaration form
- Recent photograph (taken within the last 6 months)
- Proof of payment / wire-transfer slip for the membership fee
Background Check
· 3 items- Criminal background check (handled through the Privilege programme)
- Self-declaration of clean criminal record
- Bank statement for the last 3 months (source-of-funds disclosure)
